Built in steel and aluminum in 1990, the ship has so far been used only for private purposes by the owner. It underwent a major internal renovation in 2010 and external in 2015 and 2018, with an extension of the stern of 2.5 meters. Golden Eagle can accommodate up to 10 passengers, divided into 5 cabins. The master suite on the main deck has a large bathroom with bath and an office/lounge, while the other four cabins, two doubles and two twins, all have entertainment centers and private bathrooms. The crew quarters accommodate up to nine staff members.

The spacious aft deck has three separate tables and padded seats for dining and relaxing outdoors. For the day, the large lounge offers a dining room along with a bar, refrigerator and icemaker, as well as an entertainment center with a 42-inch Panasonic TV. The solarium is the perfect place for outdoor cocktails in front of a 360-degree view.

The maximum speed of the yacht is 15 knots, and she boasts an autonomy of 4,600 nautical miles at a cruising speed of 12.5 knots with power coming from two Deutz-MWM TBD604BL6 diesel engines of 950 HP.
