The large 52-meter motor yacht features a clean and elegant exterior design, curated by the professional studio based in Rome: Studio Vafiadis. Its interior, on the other hand, is the work of Carlo Colombo together with the guys from the A ++ design studio.“Florentia is the most representative example of a bespoke superyacht entirely made in Italy. This is a boat entirely designed and built around the owner and his needs. We were challenged with the difficult brief to create a timeless jewel in which classic features and shapes meet modern details, "says Stefano Vafiadis of Studio Vafiadis.Built with a steel hull and an aluminum superstructure, Florentia uses resistant materials and functional design that blend in the silhouette of the yacht to create a comfortable and elegant space. The spaces inside the Florentia motor yacht are distributed so as to maximize the use of space and reflect the shapes and materials used in the hall, which is a focal point of the design. Warm colors and leather accessories have been used to create a welcoming and familiar atmosphere. The main deck allows guests to access the lounge and dining room which are divided by a custom-made structural wardrobe. The main living area crosses the whole ship starting from the stern, with sofas that extend towards the center of the room to reach a large dining table towards the bow. The upper deck is equipped to function as an entertainment area and can be transformed into a cinema through a projector that appears from the ceiling. The ship can accommodate up to 12 guests and as many as 11 crew members. Guests are accommodated in five double cabins. The owner’s full-beam master stateroom is located on the main deck and has a private balcony and two walk-in closets next to a ring-shaped mirror artwork in the center of the room that reflects light from the sea. The VIP cabin opens onto the fly deck and also boasts a private balcony and easy access to the aft jacuzzi. The other cabins include two double and two twin cabins on the lower deck.Powered by two Caterpillar Inc 3512E DITA-SCAC engines, the Florentia motor yacht runs at a maximum speed of 15 knots and sails easily at 13.5 knots.
