Rosetti Superyachts, part of the Rosetti Marino group based in Ravenna, has revealed its new project conceived together with Meccano Engineering.“The organic design traits mimic the orca or killer whale, the largest and most powerful member of the dolphin family,” says Fulvio Dodich, CEO of Rosetti Superyachts. “Instantly recognizable by their distinctive black-and-white coloring, these sea mammals roam the world’s oceans from the Arctic and Antarctic to the Tropics, which is exactly what our explorer yacht is designed to do.”Project Orca, with a length of 65 meters and a beam of 12 meters, allows the owner to choose between four different configurations for the bridge. The standard version has an open aft main deck with space for a touch-and-go helipad and tender storage, but alternatively you can have an infinity pool or a raised helipad with a swimming pool and spa area inside. The yacht can accommodate 12 guests divided between 6 cabins, including 2 VIP, and a crew of 12 members.Rosetti estimates a construction time of 36 months for the completion of the first explorer.
