The main entrance brings one to the first floor featuring a bright and voluminous open-plan living room, a spacious dining room and kitchen. Once entered the environment the eye automatically stops on the rough sliding doors that open onto a large covered terrace overlooking the sea. On the other side of the room, other stained glass windows overlook a Japanese-style garden with an outdoor kitchen, a large dining table, and an ornamental pond.

In the center of the lounge there is a dining table, and on the left the comfortable living area, whose focal point is the modern and design fireplace. Passing sideways to the fireplace you access a small studio. Further down opens the master bedroom overlooking the fabulous pool overlooking the sea. The bed is placed in the center of the room, which has a bathroom complete with panoramic bathtub, a glass shower and double sinks.

Also from the studio, there are stairs leading to the ground floor where, passing through a cozy TV room, you get to a corridor. On the left of the hallway there are four bedrooms: one with a French bed, a twin double and two doubles. The first two share a bathtub and a separate w/c on the other side of the hallway, while the two doubles have a private bathroom in the room.

The exclusive heated pool with the glass infinity edge, suspended over the gardens, overlooks the sea. To the right of the pool a large terrace, partially shaded, offers ample space to relax and dine. All this is accessible through the sliding glass walls in the inner common areas and from the master bedroom. On the other side of the property, once again accessible from the living and dining area, there is a second outdoor dining area, surrounded by a Japanese-inspired garden and equipped with a grill and sink. A path leads from a gate into the ground for about 250m across the maquis to a small stretch of beach used by guests at Cala d’Istira and a handful of other properties in the area.
