The Pink Gin is not only the world’s largest carbon fiber sloop, but also showcases some of the most innovative features seen in a sailboat, including two modular, openable balconies strung to the sides, the revolutionary Force Feedback Steering System by Baltic Yachts and an 18-ton carbon composite hull. This is the second major yacht Baltic has built in its 46-year history and is a perfect example of the company’s ability to innovate on a large scale using in-depth expertise in composite construction.Baltic 175 Pink Gin represents what Baltic Yachts represents in terms of construction quality: advanced construction techniques and special features. The project brought together the same design team responsible for Baltic 152, benefiting from the performance pedigree of judel/vrolijk &co. naval architects and Design Unlimited’s inventive design for the stunning ergonomics of the interior and cockpit.Living outdoors is no longer limited to being on the main deck. At the touch of a button, the ship’s owner can access the fresh air and the sea by opening panels at the upper sides of the hull, adding a new dimension to the already spectacular suite.
