The impressive boat, built by the Dutch shipyard Royal Huisman, will be 81 metres long and will be the world’s largest aluminium sailing yacht.

Earlier this year, Sea Eagle II, designed by Dykstra Naval Architects with the interior design created by Mark Whiteley, was moved from the site to Vollenhove and launched in Amsterdam. Formerly called Project RH400, the vessel was sold in summer 2016 by Northrop & Johnson. The ship belongs to Taiwanese billionaire businessman and philanthropist Samuel Yen-Liang Yin.

Samuel Yin’s previous sailing yacht, the magnificent Sea Eagle, is almost 37 metres shorter and has 800 GT less in internal volume than the Sea Eagle II. The all-new ship is capable of reaching spectacular speeds over 21 knots. The entire sailing area is controlled by 34 winches all operated by the Rondal navigation system.

The boat can accommodate up to 12 guests in six large cabins, including a VIP suite for the owner. The yacht’s flybridge offers comprehensive controls while sailing with comfortable seating for guests and the opportunity to sunbathe.

Looking at this beautiful ship you cannot fail to recognize the splendid manufacture. In this case, the Royal Huisman team fully met expectations. So, it’s no wonder their motto is, "If you can dream about it, we can build it."
