The main entrance leads to a spacious open area divided into three well-defined and beautifully furnished areas: a sitting area with a large sofa and a couple of armchairs, a dining area with design table and chairs, and a bespoke Italian cuisine with sea views equipped with a central island and a breakfast bar, and a number of top-notch appliances.

Downstairs there is a bright hallway that provides access to a double room with en-suite shower, sea views and access to a gloriously verdant lawn, a large Swedish sauna with adjacent shower, a yoga studio and Pilates, and a fabulous lounge Cinema with a 110-inch projector screen and a kitchenette with refrigerator, sink, dishwasher and coffee machine.

Iola’s open-concept common space and all but one of its bedrooms open outside via sliding glass doors. The roof of the villa extends to provide shade to the beautifully furnished outdoor living area. The beautiful sea-view pool equipped with jacuzzis and the well-equipped outdoor kitchen with grill make the outdoor living spaces comfortable and evocative.
