AQuiJo, the spirit of sailing the comfort of the motoryacht

Built in 2016 by Oceanco together with Vitters Shipyard, it has seen the collaboration of major design and engineering brands such as Tripp Design, for the exterior and Dölker + Voges for the interior. The result is spectacular.

The handover of the owners required a cruising yacht with comfortable performance, suitable for long-range sailing around the world that was able to be highly independent of the mainland. These three key elements defined the project design and construction process: safety, comfort and performance.

Designed by Tripp Design Naval Architecture, AQuiJo is an innovative super sailing yacht that offers comfort and space similar to a large motor yacht, but with unsurpassed sailing capabilities, similar to those found on light to high racing yachts performance. It’s easy to navigate with over 30 knots of wind without problems, ensuring exceptional stability and control.

The sophisticated luxury interiors, designed by Dölker + Voges, are executed according to the highest possible quality standards. A master suite located on the rear side of the upper deck offers breathtaking 270 degree panoramic views and a large sliding door that opens onto a private outdoor deck offering a bar, dining room and relaxation area.

The main saloon is connected to the external aft deck by a bar that can be used from both inside and outside when the large sliding door system is open. Also on the main deck is the owners’ private lounge and a library / office which can be converted to an infirmary if needed.

On the lower deck there are 6 guest cabins, each with its own private bathroom. Two guest cabins can be linked together to create a large suite with a separate living room and sleeping area. On the lower deck there is also the beach club which has a Jacuzzi, Turkish bath and sauna with open access via a large sliding door on a swimming platform that offers a "beach feeling". The crew quarters in the bow offer space for up to 18 crew members.
