A concept that does not use fossil fuels and that puts sustainability at the center. The inspiration behind its design comes from nature, with the aim of mimicking the innate ability of wildlife to move freely through the air and water using as little energy as possible.

Futura is lean and efficient, with its curved lines that recall a variety of shapes found in nature. Viewed from above, the cocoon-like superstructure reveals an aerodynamic arc and a rounded central part, similar to a whale’s silhouette. Built of glass, the superstructure is also exceptionally light and its imagination resembles the scales of a fish.

The call to nature continues throughout Futura’s interior. In fact, the presence of modular furniture allows every space on board to be adapted to the special needs of each owner. Of course, all this flexibility does not hinder the presence of distinctive features such as a 20-person dining table perfect for any occasion, a DJ booth set up in the upper deck observation area, a helipad, a large swimming pool and a whirlpool.

Capable of reaching a top speed of 16 knots and a cruising speed of 12, Futura was designed with the latest electric/diesel hybrid propulsion technology. Capable of holding 100,000 litres of fuel, it can only run on the "blue diesel" if desired (a type of Finnish biofuel based on waste foods currently in use throughout the transport industry) and also has organic-based batteries built from natural materials such as salt, sand, water and plants. The battery bench is loaded by a huge kite on an electric winch that can be released at the touch of a button and is also completely biodegradable.
