Renamed as "Capri Palace Jumeirah", the 68-room facility that will be reopened on April 23th is located in the beautiful Anacapri, an idyllic area and among the most unspoiled on the island. The palace was born in 1960 from the initiative of Tonino Canace, and is built in the style of a perfect 18th century Neapolitan palace, including vaulted ceilings, white walls, elegant columns and airy and spacious interiors decorated with tributes to ancient and contemporary art.The property also enjoys the presence of the Capri Beauty Farm directed by dr. Francesco Canonaco which offers special signed treatments including the "Leg School" and the "Metabolic Response", and is home to three Michelin stars: two to the hotel’s exclusive restaurant, L’Olivo, and one to its beach club called Il Riccio, the only structure of its type in the world to have one.Ermanno Zanini, general manager of Capri Palace, Jumeirah and regional vice president for Italy and Spain, said: “We are delighted that Jumeirah Group have embraced Capri Palace to be a part of its portfolio. With the warmth of our team, the big smiles and the even bigger hearts, we look forward to build on greatness and reach new frontiers as part of this renowned global luxury hospitality company.”www.capripalace.com
